Massage - Use as a body massage and massage directly from the bottle. Just rub a small palmful of oil into your shins, feet, legs. Rub into a sore back and tight neck to help relieve emotional 'stuckness' that underpins physical tension.

Optimise - mix a few capfuls of bad day bath and massage oil with a handful of bad day body soak to make an oily, salty scrub. Just scrub all over to stimulate the circulation and exfoliate dead skin cells. This also helps you absorb the emotional benefits of the essential oils.
